FE30 Fluorescence Spectrophotometer

A high sensitivity, user-friendly analytical fluorescence spectrometer. Designed and built to satisfy both routine work and ever-changing research requirements.

  • Excellent signal-to-noise ratio: 15,000:1 (RMS-BG)
  • Fast spectrum scan: speed up to 60,000 nm/min
  • Extended wavelength up to 900 nm
  • Spectracle: the easy to use and powerful software
  • Validation program: automatically check the health status of the instrument

An analytical fluorescence spectrometer is essential for various qualitative and quantitative analysis.

With optimised optical and electronic system, the sensitivity of FE30 achieves industry expectations. The water Raman Signal-to-Noise level is up to 15,000:1 (RMS-BG). This high sensitivity enables users to measure sample with very low emission or at very low concentration.

With extended wavelength up to 900 nm, certain long wavelength emission can easily be measured. Iodocyanine green is a typical example with an excitation peak at 760 nm and emission peak at 805 nm.

3D Scan can provide much more peak and spectral information about unknown samples. With the very fast scan speed, FE30 can measure a full 3D scan in two minutes, contrast to 30 minutes or more, saving users valuable time to perform multiple samples analysis.

SOFTWARE

Spectracle

Spectracle software is designed to be easy-to-use and provide powerful features and functions. Using the Workspace concept, users can easier create, calculate and combine different scans for analysis and reporting purpose.

Basic functions includes Excitation and Emission scans, 3D Scans, Time Scan, Synchronous Scan, Fluorescence, Quantitation and Validation.

For efficiency, users can easily add and store applications that are used routinely.

Spectracle makes reporting simple, with a single click option to choose what is included in the report.
