Our Liquid Nitrogen Generator is built on proven cryogenic technology to provide a continuous supply of high-purity LN₂ directly at your facility.

At its core is an integrated Air Compressor and multi-stage filtration system, ensuring clean, dry air as the starting point. Using Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) with Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS) technology, nitrogen is efficiently separated from other gases to ensure reliable purity. The gas is then cooled by a high-efficiency cryorefrigerator. The latter is equipped with a helium-based cold head and liquefied at its boiling point of –196.76 °C inside the built-in Dewar tank. The liquefied nitrogen is stored safely and can be dispensed easily through the integrated hose. A smart level indicator monitors storage levels and automatically pauses production when full. This, optimizing performance and operational safety.
